Lancashire Infantry Museum

Many of the former residents of Winckley Square had links to the Volunteer Regiments and local Militia. Officers from the Barracks were members of the Winckley Club. Staff at the museum have been very helpful in supplying information and resources. Guided tours of the museum are well worthwhile.
