Access for all
The gated entrances on the east, south and west sides are accessible to wheelchair users, mobility scooter users, the less mobile, disabled or those with young children in pushchairs. The northern entrances have steps and are not accessible.
The Friends of Winckley Square aim to make events available and accessible to all.
Guided walks can be adapted to avoid the steps. We also adapt our guided walks for the partially sighted.
We welcome groups with specific needs but ask you to contact us in advance so the appropriate arrangements can be made. Please contact Patricia on email@example.com or 01772 254395.
Winckley Square Gardens can be hired through Preston City Council. For hiring enquiries, please visit the Preston City Council website.
